Edge Metal / Coping / TalonLock Flat VE

Description

Our Flat VE is an economical, and high performing solution for membrane terminations over a parapet wall. The continuous 22ga G-90 canted cleat terminated the membrane through the fascia, and acts as a cleat for the front side of the coping without pitching the top of the coping back toward the roof. Typically used when Parapets already have a slope to them.

The coping is further anchored to the parapet using an exposed fastener with a neoprene washer, that ensures watertightness, through the backside of the coping. This dual fastening approach provides the continuous cleat coping with its high performance values.
